Shaun Semesky (shauns@1stmdmortgage.com) guaranteed that his company & companions would arrange to get a loan remodification since September for me with Ocwen Mtg Service LLC. After obtaining application with personal information from me plus $1800 fee, he transferred info to Desiree Podulka (dpodulka. Lmd@gmail.com) of the pre-processing dept. Located in Phil., Pa 866-904-2304 x2304. She then sent papers to Tara Infiesta (tinfiesta@usmtgfund.com) 877-870-5334x6022 kept insisting that she, the loan mod assistant, is working with my mortgage company. During August she contacted my wife and stated that on or about August that papers will be processed for the remod and we will be notified. Not such notification came and when I call no one answers. I've sent an inquiry to www.usmortgagefunding.com and www.usmortgagefunding.org and have not heard any denial of these people or anything on my account.
