Equity Holding Group Private Lending Mortgage Company

GNB Royal Finance was contacted through my mortgage broker, Marin Mortgage Broker in California in an attempt to secure private loan for property purchased in Myrtle Beach, SC. As part of the agreement, I was to fund an Escrow Account, identified as Equity Holding Group, Austin, Tx in the amount of $75,500.00. This was done under the direction of Marin Mortgage Brokers, Ron Kell. After the monies were deposited in good faith into this Escrow Account, Abraham Brown III, an officer with GNB Royal Finance had the monies wired into his private account!

The account had been compromised and every attempt has been made to recover the fund to no avail! FBI and local police in Orlando notified!
