Lied - did not pay the $ promised. I have the emails to back it up. Employee has vanished. I have Mgmt emails to forward if you like

I was promised a % on account balance not actively involved in a trade.
After $ transferred to firm. When I asked my primary contact about the lack of payment he did not say I was not eligible. He apologized and said he would straighten out. I have the e-mails for your convenience.
He vanished and no longer works with the company.
Next manager promises to take care of and asked me to give him a few days to straighten out. I have the emails. All the sudden mgr gets in the picture. Long story short, he does nothing. Very disappointed with the lack of reasonable resolution.
Beware.
