They wanted to help me modify 3 mortgages (2 rental houses and my house). This was almost a year ago! My wife and i have been trying to reach them to get the money back for quite a long time and so far they have not returned our calls at all. I am actually trying to fly out to florida this week to get my money back in person. Ill try to update after i get back.
