I got taken by consumer preferred.

A day or so after I mailed my 49 bucks, I realized that I didn't have any way of contacting these people. I went to look them up online, and well low and behold, all I can find is a web address that leads to no where, and a whole lot of bad mouthing of the company.

Well, consider this one more.

If I even get my packet, I'm not even going to open the package so that they can clearly see that I never even took anything out of the package.

Any ideas how I can prove that I never tampered with it??? I'm going to mail it back to them with a request for my refund. I know I won't get it, but I can certainly help knock them down.
