They took my money and failed to pay my credit cards. Put me in collections

This company starts off OK, but in the end they make things worse. I started with them to try to fix my debt. Now i am i collections. They took my money monthly and did not pay my cards. They said they worked an arrangement with my cards but that is not true. I tried to contact them, but guess what, they have a person answering the phone, but after being connected to customer service no one picks up. I am pissed. I would to take this further. No, I am going to take this further.
