These scam artists contacted me to offer a PrincipalReduction program on my house. When I asked for more informationthey wanted me to come to their office for a detail discussion. WhenI went driving 30 mins each way the first guy Laynes Dobb explained me how withthe help of Govt PPIP program they will reduce my principal more than $150,000and save me $800/month. Atleast he was gentle. Then When I asked for what thecatch he called another guy Robert Jones I think. Robert said the upfrontfee for this program is $6000 and it will take 6-8 months and upto a yearto get it done. At that point I wanted to ask There are lots of companiesout there why I should I give you my business? But the moment I said I havebeen looking around and there are other companies doing this. Robert got upfrom his sit very angrily and pretty much dragged me out of the office. He wasvery rude and extremely threatening. These guys are big time fraud. I saw a youfamily with small children walking into their office when they were walking meout. I wanted to tell them to avoid this place but they didnt give me achance. I hope people will find this post online and might help someone. Avoidthese guys at all cost.
