Good luck settling a claim with this company. I called to pay a debt of $58 dollars. Was put on hold for 20 minutes when finally a young woman answered the phone. When I gave her my account number she put me on hold for another 10 minutes before coming back on the phone to ask for my social security number. I said, 'I've been on hold for over 20 minutes if you put me on hold again, I'm going to hang up." She said, Okay, I'll hang up now and did.

I called back several days later and received the same treatment. Company has still managed to keep me from paying my debt. I guess they are waiting for it to accrue more interest and mature so they can make more money off of it. Overall, your basic low class, pathetic parasitic debt collection group that does not give a damn about you, even if you are calling to pay something off. P
