Rufund promised with a singed document, that they were not suppose to cash my money order

I have been dealing with this since the beginning of the year. I am not in the right fram of mind to drive to Ontario right now, I feel that I will sock someone in the neck! They will not return phone calls and you can't contact a live person, eveything goes to voice mail. I am going to wait a couple of more weeks before I drive to Ontario. They could not help me, so they were to mail all my papers back to me. I called on several occassions being told that the check was mailed. So I went to the post office and put a tracer on the money order. Guess what? You got it they had cashed the check. I went into the office and signed a paper that they would send the check in 30 days. Well it's been 90 and I still don't have my money. I am so angry that I got scammed. Could someone advise me?
