Bait & Switch. Telling Lies to customers

I came in to the Olney Md Bank of America to pay off my very large balance of over 12k on my VISA card, by personal check, from my regular checking account NOT from BOA (I prefer this account, by the way, not the one you guys pushed on me!). It was approx 4:30PM after work. I asked the staff who worked there, if all fees were paid, they checked online, to make sure even to the last penny, that everything was paid, I even paid that last few dollars in cash! They finalized the bill, and I asked "Will I get penalized or will I be punished in my credit line by paying this off in full right now?" and they said "NO". The next day, I looked online, and, after having a credit line of 13k I had a credit line of $500. Therefore, YOUR staff lied to me. LIARS! Bait and switch. You offered me that card only to get me to buy all the other poor services I have with you, a stinking mortgage rate and a stinking theft checking account that can't process my real checking account's transfers. Thieves, you are just Thieves & LIARS. You all deserve to go under. I will be soon transferring all of my services with you to my Credit Union, including the ripoff Mortgage rate of 7.5%. I will also be warning the public to stay away from retail banking such as yours and CHASE bank, you are both 2 of a kind. The Madoff Kind.
