Fraud ripoff unauthorized charge on my account

This wli reservations took $7.00 out of my debit card acct. I never heard of them and did not authorize this transaction. On my bank report they listed a phone # 1-888-688-5995. I called this # and the girl said the name of the company i reached is called "siemens" an engineering co.in pensecola, florida.
She also stated that she has received many calls about the same thing. I reported this to my bank and i am disputing this amt. On my card with the bank. Does anyone know where this place is located or how they get your card #? Has this been reported to police or proper authorities and if so what are they doing about it? Who should i report this to? This is a criminal offense!
