Took $8.42 from my account without my permission

I am trying to get them to give me my money back. They have a phone number, 1877-807-4709, but I can not ever speak to a person. They say everyone is busy, and they will call back. These people should be locked up, I did not tell them they could get any money. I applied for a loan online and then this happened. I read every page from top to bottom, and never came across anything that said I would be charged. My bank says the only hope is to close my account, and open a new one.
