Dental office gave me option for applying for Chase Healthcare Finance. I was denied. I asked for specific reasons. Those were revolving too little/or excessive, in complete information, insuf credit accts. I called Chase and they did not give any more specific except they pulled Experian, and I did not have a Mtg showing. Rep asked if I wanted to speak to Supervisor, I said yes and one never came to the phone. I have had a Mtg for 10 yrs and credit score over 800. I have 3 credit cards open some w/low balances. They did not ask to see proof of my mortgage and did not pull Equifax. I believe I was turned dwn wrongly, Chase did not have a correct and true picture of my life's credit. I am a loan officer and I would want people with this credit all day long.
