Like the other stories you are reading here Merchant Industry stole money from us. Even though we have proof in writing that we could get out without a cancellation fee, this bastard stole 1000.00 from us two months after we cancelled in writing. We where told 500.00 of the charge was a cancellation fee and 500.00 was a terminal fee, witch was returned with delivery conformation! These people will lead you on with no intentions of ever giving your money back. Do not deal with this company!
