I processed for three months and was over billed every month was promised compensation for my cancellation fee to switch over. Forgetaboutit. They know nobodt will sue for less than a thousand and if you don't pay they threaten to put you on the match list, which prohibits another processor from servicing you. If they were slightly more honest they would have held a gun to my head and taken the $450.
