Joe will take your money promising that you are purchasing a shelf corp and he will build it out for you. But there are no results. After 4 months there's no results only excuses. Oh and there's no time to be on the phone either some one else is always on the other line or calling while you are on the phone and they are more important. If he answers the phone, because you may go days at a time only to be told that he went out of town for a week and took the wrong phone. I have a copy of his driver's license if you need a photo.
