US Mortgage Funding No help, No home, No refund

I have tried to contact US Mortgage about my full refund
promised
me after after being mislead into thinking this company could help me save
my
home. The company said it would take 60 days and it has been well past
that
time. The company will not answer or return calls to me, nor will they
respond
to any emails. I need these funds to relocate since this deception left me

Little time to seek other help in saving my home, and it has been sold. I
am
uncertain how these companies are allowed to prey on hardship situations.
I
will email them again and notify them that I have notified you as well as
the
AG in Texas, and my attorneys. I have applicable emails to show they
admittedly
misinformed me as to their abilities, and this was only after a prolonged
period that I thought was been used to work with my Mortgage company Citi.
I am
a Vet and I told them up front this was a VA loan. And after almost 2
months I
contact them to find out the status, and they say they could not help me
because it was a VA loan. And I would need to wait an additional 60 days
to get
my full refund. This is deceptive in the fact they are holding on to
refunds to
make money off the interests of others misfortunes.
