Repo'd my car AFTER I'd I wired the $ they requested

I spoke with a woman named Lynn & agreed to try to scrounge up $898 to keep my car from being repo'd. (I'd recently gotten out of the hospital and ALL my bills were past due. This representative Lynn had me in tears... I wired only $800 & BEGGED her to give me time to get the rest. She said they'd have to repo the car. I was aghast, I mean I had NO more funds. I told her when I got paid next, she didnt want to hear it.

After sending in my $800, this Lynn person STILL had my car repo'd. I called her and she was very flippant and condescending. I asked her why they'd taken my $800 with no intention of letting me keep my car? She then said, "maam YOU voluntarily sent the money in." I mean this woman was beyond rude. She kept talking over me and rebutting everything I had to say. I told her I was getting evicted and needed to possibly sleep in my car. She all as much as said she didn't care... And then told me it'd now be $2006 to get my car back, which includes a $400 repo fee!!! Watch out for Universal, they make promises the do NOT keep and then practically taunt you if you dare complain. I'm now miserable, no car, no where to live.
