Misleading communications

I obtained 2 characters in the organization. I on july 23rd 2010 that mentioned that I'm agreed to spend funds of 60% of the total amount due in a lumpsum before september 23rd or I will spend the 70% of the negotiation in a few months of september 23, july 23, and september 23rd. Another notice is mentioned that I've to pay for the lumpsum of the total amount due before 10 times that will be completely another notice. Both of the notice is type of deceptive in my experience since I have have to spend the 60% lumpsum of the total amount due before september 23rd.
