Insurance escrow is being requiered for additional flood insurance and for flood insurance that i paid on no escrow loan!

I obtained a Home Loan in Sep. 2003 from Florida Bank, which was sold to Countrywide (no notice) and now since June it is BOA (no notice). I always paid Property taxes and Insurance by my self (never late). Problem started in Nov. when BOA imposed additional Flood Insurance on my property, after many calls and frustration I was told in Jan. 2010 that everything was taken care of, but the monthly statements still had negative escrow which I was assured that it will be worked out. Wrong, it just got worse, the negative escrow never was eliminated and even the Flood Insurance Police that I already paid for myself became part of the negative escrow and they going all the way back to and now the escrow became part of my payment due.

Can they do that? I'm calling just about every day, trying to resolve this issue, so frustrated, most of the customer service will only give me their first name not the last name or extension, they will not call me back, and its going around and around, they also refuse to talk to my Insurance Company. When I write or call explaining the situation and request a call back, no one calls me back. I'm being degraded and Ripped off! I dont wane to loose my home. Staying on the phone with them just about every day for hours with no result and being stressed and frustrated, is taking a toll on my health and my work. It seems that even though they have me jumping though hops nothing helps.
