For eight weeks a worker of Vandyke Mortgage dba Tricounty Mortgage deceive client showing the Mortgage could be aproved. Before evening of final, after walk-thru did they change the mortgage along. Worker was well-aware of client's credit issues that weren't the very best but was within the 600is. The worker offered a notice of preapproval with problems, and also the 2 agents, vendors, and customers were cause genuinely believe that there could be no proble using the mortgage. If there had be some question then your client wouldn't have taken care of an examination, pest and apprasial if we'd ot be guarantee that there is not issue. Lost period of worried and lost money. We sensed when there ws any doubt prior to the evaluation, or examination, that people must have been informed, recalling that people weren't told until evening of final.
