I planned a scheduled appointment for July 15 to truly have a verizon technician use a telephone port within the family room for wireless online sites. Verizon delivered the web gear and that I prepared to set up it in a PC I'm purchasing for my mother like a present after I visit Jersey in July. Used to do not purchase web installment for that computer. Our mom does not have a PC and certainly will not need one till I get to fourteen days. Our cousin got each day removed from function to hold back for that technician to set up the port on June 15. He never confirmed. Named Verizon plus they stated they'd be there about the 16th of July. Our cousin got a later date from function and Verizon never confirmed. September 17th Verizon turned up and mounted a telephone port only. After I obtained the statement I had been billed for pc installment on June 15. Named to truly have the company cost eliminated plus they explained they'd perform a onetime benefit for me personally simply because they did not wish to reduce me like a client and consider the charge-off my statement. That is insulting and frustrating. Verizon explained there's no method to show a technology was not there and mounted the web despite the fact that she does not have a PC and not triggered her consideration. I talked having a really rude boss in July about Verizon lacking the visits. Our sibling does not have the full time and cash to sit down and watch for a Verizon technician that never turns up. The boss did not provide an apology and accept assist using the scenario. She stated it was not her problem and questioned what I anticipated her to complete.

I've ATT in Tx and there customer support is exceptional. This is actually the second-time I've actually handled this type of rude and complicated organization. This first was Strong TV.
