I made payments as arrangend by a Justin and a Dee working at this Poplar Bluff Location at 2021 westwood blvd yet somehow My account was debited the full amount I borrowed over 400 dollars and put me in the negative even though I made payments. Dee Wallace claims it's out of her hands and will not give me info to contact whomevers hands its in yet still encourages me to round up more victims with the incentive that I can recieve a bonus for recruiting new victims of this scam. The local office claimed it was out of thier hands that corporate was responsible the website for the community loans of america is under construction and cannot be reached. Even after I made payments to the local office. Although I made payments This has caused me overdrafts and other problems. They said if I got a bank statement they would loan me money again byt then after I got the statement and waited they denied me claiming the debit had not yet been processed so they could not reloan at that time. When I asked about the money I had already given them via the payments I had been giving them weekly and I have reciepts for they said maybe I would get a check later for those payments. I have also been informed that it would cost me more to get a lawyer to defend myslef from this scam than what the loan amount is to begin with and they refuse to explain, give a number or any information for missouri title loans, comunity loans of america or anyone else resposible for unothorized debiting of my account. Any lawyer interested in fighting this ongoing criminal injustice in Mo please contact me and for other victims like myself please avoid this place like the plague they are getting away with stealing and the local prosecutors arent doing anything as of yet.
