Basically I was wanting a loan to help with my business at the time and after applying for a number of loans online in which I was declined, about a week later I received a phonecall from the above company (cash loans...) who were offering me a loan of an amount that was greater than what I needed, and so they started to ask me to make an upfront payment to begin with followed by numerous other payments to be made through western union for payment of the loan tax. It wasn't until a week later when they were still asking me to make yet more payments and that I said no I refuse to make anymore payments but instead ask for a refund, and they then said that I have to pay a cancellation fee. It was there and then that I discontinued this and then started to write to the company address and to get in touch with consumer finance associations and office of fair trading. It was then that they advised me that I'd been victimised of a scam.
