I was told I would be charged an application fee of $19 and was charged $44. They made me sign a noterized document that I would pay back. I was never told if I was approved, or who my account manager was. They have no contact information and their only number is to a machine. Suddenly I got a deposit from QXL an online company and am not sure they work together.
