Took My Money and NO Product was recieved Internet

I was looking for a Pay Day online and filled out the application and it said I was approved for the 300.00 and i gave them my checking account and routing number so they could deposit the money well all they did was charge my account 19.99 and never did deposit any money. There is No phone number or anyother way I can contact them it never said anything about paying the 19.99 charge. I feel they took my money and it was a rip off scam.

It was 200 cash.com I hope someone does somthing about this scam.
