Legend of dragons multiple unauthorized charges on my creditcard/double billing

MY wife and I are both game enthusiast. We spend a fair amount of time playing social and R P G games on our computer.
On June 7 we decided we like the game Legends of dragons enough to spend 12.50 each to modestly improve our Characters equipment.
From that day forward unauthorized charges were made against our account. 15 dollars is my personal limit for any gaming transactions within days multiple charges would appear against our account from 5 to 25 dollars over 125 dollars in just 2 weeks! Added to these were international transaction fees of. 13,15.50 cents each
I never spent 25 $ on a game and I sure never spent 50-100 a week for virtually nothing.
