Payment of items with no funds in account

My dad has already established a merchant account with Wachovia (as well as the several former titles they have been under) for more than 30 years. He recently exposed a bank account together but his social protection gets direct-deposited into his savings. He often does not maintain anything in his bank account until he's a statement to pay for. Long story short, 2 businesses offered "inspections" to his consideration totaling about $450. Despite the fact that there is $0 in his consideration, Wachovia settled these UNAUTHORIED "checks" AND included the low-adequate finance costs like a "Courtesy" to him. He specifically and repeatedly informed Wachovia for no reason must any products be recognized if there isnot the resources in his consideration. Did Wachovia hear? No! Their "Courtesy" is charging my dad about $500 he does not have. Not just that they are creating him examine these unauthorized products. If/when he will pay this stability down, he'll be shutting his balances with Wachovia because they undoubtedly do not benefit him like a client. Imagine he is not wealthy enough to become appreciated. Additionally, I place in a using the PA Bank Dept. They explained they mightnot manage the criticism as Wachovia is just a national? Bank. And so I submitted a using the national bank fee. We will discover what goes on.
