Theft of my account

The organization above that we never heard about attempted to draw $169.01 out-of my account 6/14 I approached bank immediately (TCF Bank) repetition of report statements he was placing money-back into my bill. Which my consideration could be looked after. Cash was put-back in account but about the 24th it had been removed I named customer support again and was informed the repetition never got care of consideration. Therefore today I'd to visit lender, fax data with paperwork I've. This is actually the second-time this season it has occurred in my experience - Is it simply tcf bank that provides up your cash or could it be since this can be a money account. The very first time this occurred tcf bank was still seeking more information from me. I didnot have anymore data than they did. I just had data since I usually examine my claims - obviously I never got that cash back both.
