I would agree with you 100%. As it stands right now I currently am supposed to be getting my modification done by them, however it has been 2 months and I havent heard anything from them. All of a sudden they just stopped calling me. They took 1000 dollars and havent done any work. I called my bank to see if they had heard from them, and they havent EVEN heard of them!!! AT this point i knew I had been scammed. All I wanted to do was save my house, and they took the money I had to BORROW to get. PLEASE do NOT do business with them. They will say anything just to get your $
