Paid for FBAR filling, got errored DOC ONLY

I'm an IBSN customer since 2007. Although processing for that DUTY year i settled the entire quantity for FBAR processing also. I had been approached by IBSN with FBAR files a week ago. There have been errors within the doc to ensure that I needed IBSN men to fix it and add the doc again. I'm attempting to achieve IBSN mutiple instances through email & phone without having any achievement.

Because i did not below back from IBSN personally, I perpared my doc and delivered it to government and that I required to credit back $45 that we settled to IBSN for FBAR processing plus they never react back again to me.

I've no idea what type of telephone lines they're applying. No body is buying up... When I attempt (Day or Night) no body is picking up. I believe for name-sake they're having these outlines 888-680-6760,563-355-7991 and 888-427-6829.

TODAY I've NO IDEA, after I may get my cash back
