Horribly rude customer service representatives

Our ex husband turned overdue on the mortgage through WFS. Obviously being separated I'd no idea. After he becomes exceptionally overdue WFS directs me a notice. I named directly into solve the problem & spend the whole overdue quantity. The reps handled me very. I've never had any organization be rude tome about getting my income. The validation for this conduct was since the cost have been created overdue five times within the span of 5 years. And of course I had been answering the very first communication the organization had sent me. Ridiculous! Don't conduct business with one of these individuals!
