I'd a charge card with Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase purchased them out and not approached me to allow me to understand. I never got any expenses from their website. I created a payment to WaMu in-may 08 and settled my cost. I never got another statement and wasnt conscious of Pursuit overtaking that organization. Annually and ahalf afterwards I get calls from Scott & Brock, attorneys for Pursuit, informing me I possessed them over 5000.00 with debt. After I created my last cost to WaMu I owed them just 1500.00. The attorneys Brock & Scott never could inform me who purchased out WaMU and also have billed me thousand upon a large number of bucks in costs because of their neglect of delivering me a statement or any communication. They've garnished my earnings and anticipate me to cover their error of having dropped within their program.
