Cancelled VISA - bad customer service

I recently received notice that Chase Bank was overtaking my CREDIT consideration from Washington Shared and increasing my rate completely as much as 26.99% by March 1, that will be just like a standard price. I terminated the card since I have have now been a great client and been in excellent position since I have popped my consideration in 2006 (i.E., never been overdue and not skipped a cost) and did not realize why they'd increase my price to this type of high-percentage. I'venot applied the card because before I terminated it and was underneath the available stability after I shut the consideration. Their attention cost triggered my consideration togo over-the-restriction by $7.31 plus they instantly billed me a $39.00 over-the-control charge. After I named their customer support, they were rude in my experience and explained since I have had shut the consideration, these werenot likely to do something for me personally (quite simply, wander off! WaMu expects to rob me of each cent they are able to get free from me)! Like I currently mentioned, I've never overlooked a cost and sometimes even been overdue having a cost which is how they handled me! Watch out for Pursuit or Washington Shared! They've horrible customer support plus they are thieves!!! And, to consider that I had been likely to start a bank account with Washington Mutual. I will never contemplate getting another Washington Mutual (WaMu) or Pursuit consideration again!!! Washington good (wamu) and pursuit have terrible customer support!!!
