Violation of Cofidential Information

I'm a trainer at Thomson Elementary School, Area of Columbia Public Schools. I'd a Defensive purchase in the school. A protection shield, called Sunceray Kelly broke this private info by informing another employee at our school. When I then found out about this I informed the Main, Dr. Gladys Camping.

I wanted a gathering using the protection shield, my Primary and also the Chief of the protection guard. The protection guard offered info that endangered my entire life once the individual about the protective order arrived to the building 2 times this college year. She also informed another employee within the building and admits showing her details about us going to trial and issues regarding this protective order that had nothing related to this additional team member. I never achieved the chief face-to face. We did a telephone meeting together with her since she kept producing himself unavailable to meet up. At the Assembly I had been advised to attract anything underneath the carpet and ignore it. The protection shield and also the cafeteria employee who she informed lied to protect her. This protection shield must have been dismissed

The chief (Brown) couldn't reply actually the easiest concerns that I questioned her in regards to what would be the guidelines concerning the safeguarding of private information-such as defensive orders. She did not understand something by what instruction the organization provided for protection safeguards or something about control methods of the protection guards. How may she maintain a situation to monitor? For several I understand this may not need truly been her Chief, it might have now been her buddy or relative. However, I had been informed to simply ignore it, ignore it but I can not and that I wont till I understand this shield gets the control that she deserves

This behaviour is unprofessional! It's undesirable! This isn't top quality! It's the entire opposite. I need this further examined.
