The security guard on duty at the bronx hotel annex for homeless women here in bronx, new york city. There is one certain security guard that withholds my mail from me, i have noone will help me do any withholding mail

There is ocertain security guard at the homeless shelter where i live, the security guard in charge of the mail intentionally withholds my mail from me. The mail is supposed to be passed to the clients at exactly 7;30 pm but when i ask for my mail, he smurks at me and responds ' you have no mail'
when you get mail i wil let you know' but i never get my mail. It has been over 2 months, and every week i ask if i have any mail and the same person always says no!
Just keep waiting, but he once made a comment to another security guard sayiny
'ms. Chavez can't get her mail until she gets rid of that smell '.
I don't know what to do, he keeps lying to my lawyer also... About my mail.
