Ripoff applied charge to closed account and tried to obligate me to pay it

Once had their Platinum MC and became weary of the many charges they apply to it. Would not lower their rate after several years of good behavior on my part. I cancelled the account in February, '03.in August they received a charge on this closed account from Microsoft. They tried their best to make me liable for it, and had me do the footwork to resolve the issue.

Included with a registered letter to a "Denise A. Banks", which sounds like a phony pseudonym to me, will be the many issues from this site riding against this crooked outfit. I would love to see the Feds come down on them for their racketeering. I advise wholeheartedly, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
