Chase is totally unwilling to assist me

We the citizens and upstanding people of the nation have bailed out the banks (tarp), nevertheless the banks aren't assisting homeowners who're not able to spend the mortgage. I became paralyzed as a result of back damage and was hospitalized for 6 months. I am not able to spend march and may mortgage. Before this I'd a superb transaction record. Pursuit is completely reluctant to help me. I approached them-and the consultant was exceedingly rude.

Currently pursuit calls me 5 or 6 times a day. Never exhibits the courtesy to depart a note. I do want to record them for bothering me. They add insult to damage by the addition of a $75.00 late charge... Does not pursue get it. It is not that i don;t wish to spend I simply do not have the cash at this time.
