Unauthorized withdrawals

The corporation was approved to have a payment per month from my checking to pay for on my mortgage which month they went forward and ripped 2. After I named them-they proceeded to inform me they needed to examine and they couldn't place the cost back again to the consideration despite the fact that I delivered them evidence that 2 payments went put, simply because they believed the rear would denie the deal after which they'd have returned 2 funds. Today I stay here awaiting my money to be delivered to ensure that I will spend my other responsibilities while they take a seat on my income.
