Inc. Ripoff! Their errors cost me. Now they refuse to answer e-mails

Before I started with them I was paying my bills on time. They claimed to be a service to help lower debit and interest.instead my credit cards are showing over 90 days late. They did not inform me of anything other than when payments were due. I was getting called daily from creditors. Not everyone accepted their proposals and they never told me.

When I called to cancel one of the accounts, they had no record of it and claimed that I sent partial payment. They did not pay anything or contact me. They never answered my emails.

When I called to cancel the program since they were making things worse instead of better, I was was told they would keep the $300 dollars they still have. When I complained that it "sucked" that they made things worse and were gonna make me pay for it, the manager insulted me by saying he hoped I found a better choice of words when I complained and hung up on me.

So basically I paid $300 dollars for them to make my credit bad, insult me and now I have to play catch up on 4 months worth of credit cards bills!
