I closed out my account with the credt card company May because I was quitting my job and moving.in the process of trying to refinance my home in September, I found out that I had a bad credit rating from Bank One.

I immediately called them to try and clear it up. They never closed the account and allowed two transactions to go through without my knowlege in 2002.

I spoke to a supervisor that she would put in a request for credit. I wish that I had gotten her name. She lied about it and instead ask for approval for a new credit card. I received a rejection letter in the mail today.

They owe me $164.23!! I make 17,000 a year.
