Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I recieved a call at work on September. A Mr. Chris Walls told me about a bad check I had made last year. He told that I had to pay $915.00 The check was only for $300. I had to send him right away at least $300 which I did via western union.

After this I told Mr. Walls that I wanted to make payment arrangments because I was struggling. Well Mr. Walls was very rude, arrogant and didnt understand my situation. He called me back at the end of september telling me that if I didnt pay the 615 that I owe he was to going to press charges and sent a deputy to arrest me at work.

This man harrased me over and over again. Even though I told him about my rights and I told him no to call me at work anymore. He discriminated against me. Since I am hispanic. And threaten me, and said awful things to me.

This collection agency should be close and Mr. Walls should prosecuted for harrasment and discrimination.
