Ripoff

Cic ripped me off. They debited my account without permission it took me a whole evening on the phone to find out who they even were then why had they taken my money. When i contacted them they said to send in copies of stuff and they would refund my money i did but they have just 10 days to respond to me before i contact a lawyer my husband and i work very hard for our money and this gives the internet a bad name with people like this.
