Lexington Mortgage Modification
Ripped me off, and now the low life scums won't return any calls

In May of 09 I hired the useless piece of dog crap Lexington Modification for 3k to work my case for obtaining a loan modification. These crooks worked with me for a couple of months, gathered my information and submitted it to the bank. Yes I was entered into the making home affordable plan with my bank, that much was achieved, but only through me taking over the situation and dealt directly with the bank myself. All I ever got from Lexington was getting passed around to many different people of which all were confused, had no grasp of my case and totally useless to my cause. Every time I spoke to them and identified issues that they were responsible to address, I never got any follow through, I had to call them back on every item myself. Their written guarantee from the big joker David Sewall stated they would stay with my case and work it until either I had a final modification or not. If not, I would receive a full refund of my dollars... BS! After five months of nothing but a bunch of runaround and total incompetence I demanded my money back according to their agreement, it was now fact they were not working my case. At that time they stopped all communication with me. Since then it's now me who is working my case with the bank, not them. My bank didn't even know who Lexington was. All Lexington did did was collect my information and submit it to the bank, after that they did nothing at all. Lexington has ignored my messages to return my calls since January of this year, they simply decided to dump me. So for my 3k all they did was collect my information and mail a package with my paperwork to my bank, nothing more. Today I can't even contact them, they have it set it up that the only phone numbers available require you to leave a message because they claim to be overwhelmed, yea... Overwhelmed ripping people off. Even their web site is gone. Lexington is nothing more than pretenders, their a modification consulting rip off mill. How low can you go when your ripping off people off who already have financial issues and the world falling in on them.
