Do not get involved with this company. First the "Front End Company" steals my money I thought was going to my debtors. It in fact does not it stays in their hands.

Then I get transferred and never get to speak with one person. Each person I speak to tells me something different. I got a big run around. They don't pay my bills. They got me more in debt and basically Fu%Ed up my credit.

Then the have nerve to charge a fee of $49 monthly they told me I legally had to pay to use there service. I didn't know this until 2 years of faithful payments! They don't follow through with the promise made of lowering my payments and interests rates.

The $49 dollars I pay to them is what I was paying in interest I rather it go to my debtors than those crooks. I am filing suit with them. My debtors have not received any of my money in the last 3 months and nobody from American Credit Counselors seems to know why.

I left messages and never a returned call from them, but now that I changed bank accounts and they no longer are collecting there unearned money directly from my old bank account. The calls from ACC are flooding in how Typical. This is why Im having my lawyer involved. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone as foolish as I was.
