Money Tree Mortgage
Deducted $300 fee twice from our acct woodstock

In june money tree mortgage was authorized to deduct $300 from our checking account once. This money was to be refundable after closing. Well refinance did not go thru and what a surprise i got trying to write a check at a store sunday. It was declined.

Evidently, money tree tried to deduct another $300 from my account on 10/21 and it was insufficient. Well, evidently they have reported me to telecheck. I had to put a stop payment on the debit today because the funds are now in my account. So i am out $20 for the nsf fee and $20 for the stop payment fee. And of course the "only " person at money tree who can get this removed from telecheck will not return my calls.

And when i ask for a supervisor, i am told that she is the supervisor. Telecheck will not remove our acct from their database so we are not able to write checks anywhere. Get this the one person i finally got to talk to me had the nerve to ask if we still wanted to refinance with them!
Stay away from them!!
