I shipped by cost for Mike's Membership Discover card 4 days before the deadline, and that I obtained a late charge ($15.99). The date the cost was obtained was one-day following the deadline, that will be debatable because the cost was shipped towards the condition alongside wherever I stay. I called soon after I noticed the cost online and requested to possess it eliminated. The $15.99 overdue charge was the only real cost for that present month and because it was eliminated, the broker that I talked with stated used to do not require to deliver a cost. Nevertheless, I've been getting telephone calls from GEMB every 3 hours. I had been unavailable to reply the calls however the concept on my voice-mail was "push 1". Which was the whole concept and so I had no idea who it had been from or why it had been left. I'd 4 of those same communications every single day and since I have was outoftown, just obtained them after I delivered. After I was house to solution, then I understood the owner and found the reason behind all the calls. GEMB broker said I had a need to create a minimun cost since my cost was late. I discussed the cost have been waived which I'd spend before my next due day and was informed I'd no prior cost due. They stated that I had been proper and they were sorry. The next evening, 3 more calls were on my voice-mail stating "push 1". I realized who it had been, named and talked with another broker who stated I was overdue using the last month's cost. I told them this issue have been solved with another broker the prior evening and described for them to prevent the calls and harassment. Easily get anymore "push 1" communications, I'll stop the card. They only cause I've it's since it may be the only charge card that Mike's Membership need.
