Wouldn't refund money they stole

After I had heard about money being stolen in this same manner from other consumers from the CCA catalog company. I called to cancel my membership before they activated it. This was in September. It is now October! On the 24th I see my bank account being charged 199.99 for something that was cancelled a month prior.

I have talked to three people through their customer service and all of them said no refund could be issued because my membership had already gone through. But thats ok because now my bank is going to deal with them! So do not do business with them even if you have a low credit rating and they may help your rating because they are just out to steal your money and screw you over.
