Tom alexander ripped off by innovative business funding!

I was setting appointments for the owner 0f the company. (tom alexander). We had agreed that i would be paid on friday's for setting the leads and a percentage if it sold.

The first friday i was to be paid he told me he was going to call me at a certain time to take care of it but he didn't. I had to hound him down with many phone calls and emails and he finally answered the phone and said that he was in the hospital all weekend because he hurt his back. I finally got him to give me the money that he owed me on tuesday and against my better judgement he talked me into continuing to set leads for him and another agent.
All of the signs where there that i should stay away from this man but i wanted to believe him and i was excited about the product i was offering people for no credit check financing. I set him 13 leads and sure enough when friday came he didn't respond to any of my calls or emails. During the week we were communicating daily to get the leads to him but as soon as it was my turn to get what i was supposed to out of this deal he just doesn't respond on payday.
I went the whole weekend with no money then after many calls and emails, this is what he wrote in an email to me... E... I will pay you this evening or tomorrow morning at latest.
That was monday may 10th. Needless to say that was the last that i heard from him and i never got the money that he said he was going to send me.
