Refuses to stop calling my company

I keep obtaining a device calling my organization in regards to a $8000 charge card that's been authorized for me personally. (Complete BS, never requested one) plus they contact and contact and contact every single day, I paid attention to the concept and waited sometime for Alex, a woman, in the future online and he or she instantly began asking me for my info. I countered requesting her company name, and her name, so when I requested on her telephone number, she desired to understand why I had been wondering HER concerns. I informed her their device keeps calling me every single day, numerous occasions and that I needed my telephone number removed from their device and he or she hung-up on me and today I'm still obtaining the calls and that I may protest every time and contact the FCC till this phony organization prevents waiting my period.
